Today we braved the trip uptown with 3 small children to visit Daddy at work, and have lunch with him. It was a beautiful day, though a bit hot! The boys adored being with their Daddy. As they quickly grow, I see their attachment to him more and more and delight in it. It is sad for me, but I know it is best for them. They could not have a better role model to be a godly man. My dear husband is no more perfect than I, but he continues to seek God, and that is all I can ask in a model for our dear children. Even EK lights up when she hears Daddy's voice and looks for him in the room.
It was a lot of work today, I had to take LJ for a walk outside to get out of the very loud burger joint, but it was a blessed day.
